For the challenge at Dragons Dream Tag It On.
Background done with Moon Glow Spritzes including copper (the shine doesn't show in the photo), stamps by Non Sequitur using Nick Bantock ink in 'Van Dyke Brown' , the edges torn and distressed with Distress Ink 'tea dye' and the whole mounted on copper Alchemy card and then I added some fancy fibre from my stash.

For Theme Thursday's challenge which is 'Beautiful!'
I think all (well nearly all!) children are beautiful but especially Asian children so this is my offering.
The little girl is one of the tubes from Kathryn's Showcase and the Taj Mahal is courtesy of Google and the assembly etc. was done in PSP.

Made originally for a forum challenge - we were given these lovely digi-stamps to work with - the apples in a bowl and the two borders, one large and one small - but it also fits the one at Stampin' for the Weekend.
I created a frame for the apple bowl with the smaller border and used the larger one as an embellishment on the side. The red gingham backing paper was created in PSP and the whole thing was coloured with promarkers and mounted on a dark green card.
You will be able to buy the stamps at Crafty Ann's at some time in the future but why not take a look now? She already has other lovely ones for sale.

Artarazzi provided the original blue moon image and Art Creations Friday the little girl and I combined the two in PSP. It says 'After her candle went out Daisy decided the best way to get some light was to catch the Moon'.

This isn't for a challenge but for a card swap on one of the forums I belong to. I'm sure it has been received already so it's safe to post it on here! The theme was 'cowboys and indians' but I much prefer images of indians so I'm afraid there are no cowboys.
The smaller shot shows the embellishment which is one of a pair of earrings which I bought in Claire's Accesories - a mine of useful little charms etc. for cards especially during their sales!!

For this week's challenge at DragonsDream Tag It On.
The stamp is from Aspects of Design Sheet 03 'Botanical' and I used Nick Bantock ink 'Van Dyke Brown' and holographic embossing powder (see detail picture). The background was done with Moonshadow Inks and mounted on copper Alchemy card. The silver charm butterfly was coloured with a copic marker to blend in with the overall colourway

The challenge at Mixed Media Monday was 'layers' and having resisted the urge to use a play on words and produce a picture of hens I decided to do my layers in PSP. The lady is an image from Freeparking at Flickr and although you can't see it there are five layers in the final picture.
