    Ali, you know you can get "tubes" for PSP all over the place, as well as brushes and image sets to turn into brushes yerself -- but be careful where you click, some of the sites are full of malware. Deviant-art over from your country has many brush sets; sometimes they are for PhotoShop but will also offer image sets and remember you can use a "screen capture" and grab images yourself.
