    Hi Ali,
    Wasnt sure how to reach you, thanks for stopping by my blog, A packing tape transfer is just taking clear packing tape and burnishing it an image really well. soaking it in water for a few minutes then gently rubbing the back off. the image remains on the clear tape, Try it and let me know how you like it
