Mildred Reminisces

Mildred takes the spotlight in reflective mood for this week's challenge at Three Muses.

Done in PSP. Images googled, background made by me, and fonts 'circus dog', 'Nasty', 'Moksha', and 'Selfish'.

  1. Where else would one find Venus rising from a denim pocket, wearing cat-eye glasses than at The Muses' challenge?!?! Bless Mildred and her "sober" mood. (I'm not so sure she was entirely sober). Thanks so much for playing along, Ali!

  2. Ali, this is one of the funniest and cleverest things I have ever seen! I just love the way your mind works. Your picture is priceless. I note that Mildred has clung to the same spectacles over the years and, yes, beauty is ephemeral, even for goddesses it seems. Take a very deep bow because I am sending you a heeyuge ovation!!

  9. Ali, your wonderful piece about Aunt Mildred touched something inside me ver deeply! There are many such Aunts around us, we just have to look close and see the beauty hidden there. Great work - funny and touching at the same time.
