Dream

This was made for two challenges; those at Wednesday Stamper and Saturday Surprise.

The song this represents for Saturday Surprise is 'All I have to do is Dream' by the Everly Brothers which probably shows my age but it's a song I've always loved; the chorus goes 'Dream, dream, dream' and so does my postcard.

The stamps are by Tim Holtz and PaperArtsy stamped in Versafine 'Vintage Sepia' with an Adage Ticket also by Tim Holtz.

The little girl sitting where the postage stamp should be was put there with the help of PSP.

Cat at the Window

This ATC is for the challenge set by Rainbow Lady which is a recipe and there were a lot of ingredients to fit into a small space!

One White Card

One Rubber Stamp

A Handmade Flower or Two

Some Ribbon

A Couple of Corner Peel-offs or Peel-off Strips

And a colour scheme of Red, Blue and Silver.

I think I managed it all - the base is White linen effect card, the Stamp is a mini by PaperArtsy and I stamped it with 'Blazing Red' Stazon on Silver mirror card.  The cat is Red as is his Ribbon bow and the Handmade Flowers are Red and Blue with a Red brad and 3 little Blue pearls and there are 2 strips of Blue Peel-offs to finish it off.

Door

This is for the challenge at Awfully Big Art Adventure.

I used a stamp from PaperArtsy which I stamped and embossed with black detail EP and coloured with Whispers markers. I then cut out the little door, mounted the whole thing on some grey card and added a heart button behind the door.

Teddy Love

This week's challenge at ATC Wednesday is 'Loved' and what could be more loved than this little girls' teddy?

The backing paper has been distressed, and the little heart (from PaperArtsy) stamped, with Versafine 'Vintage Sepia'. Some paper lace, coloured with a Copic marker, added to the corner and the final touch a little flower button with a bit of gold thread.

The Birds

Another one for two challenges, this is a little ATC. The challenges are Created byHand and My Time to Craft

A red ATC, stamp by PaperArtsy done with Versamark and gold embossing powder, edged with PenTouch gold calligraphy pen and finished with gold cord and a little bead.

Double Whammy

Not only does this have two hearts but it does for two challenges too! The 2 challenges are the new one at 'The Pink Elephant' and also the Cuttlebug Challenge this week.

I used some Black & White paper, already cut to these shapes from a craft kit I've had for ages, the pink hearts have been embossed with the Cuttlebug 'Swiss Dots' folder, the 'Breathe the Love' stamp is by PaperArtsy with the LOVE coloured in with an opaque white pen. The card was finished off with black gems, gingham ribbon, and adhesive swirls from my stash.

'Love You More'

This fits 3 challenges Gothic Arches, Arty Girlz and Cardvaaks.

The image comes from Joanna Sheen's 'Victorian Romance' CD and I decoupaged the cupid and bow. The stamps are from PaperArtsy and Tim Holtz and the pearl heart and pearls are from my stash.

Sweets for my sweet

I made this little house for the challenge at 'Dans ma maison il y a ...'

The roof is made of cupcakes , the  baby is from Joanna Sheen's 'Baby Love' CDs and the serving girl is a mystery -- I can't remember where she came from although originally she had a glass of water and a cup of chocolate on her tray!

The background stamps are from 2 PaperArtsy stamp sets -'Love & Kisses 1' and 'Tops & Tails 2' and the ink used was Archival Ink in 'Cobalt'.

The final touch was 3 pink gem embellishments from my stash chosen because they look like sweets.

Brown Owl

This little 2" x 4" is my entry for the 'My Time to Craft' challenge.

and it also fits the Awfully Big Art Adventure challenge.

I used 2 inks -- Tim Holtz Distress Ink in 'tea dye' to create the backing and to colour the edges of the main image and Stazon 'Timber Brown' for the stamping.

All the images come from the same set - it's from Paper Artsy and is called 'Wings - Plate 3'

Two Curious ATCs

These weren't made for any challenge but I love the quirkiness of Paper Artsy stamps and these two images come from Wings Plate 3. They're just the perfect size for ATCs although they'd make great toppers too.

The first one 'Imagine' was stamped and embossed in copper on a dark red background and coloured with paints from one of my US ArtQuest watercolor palettes. I then ran a copper leafing pen round the edges and added three little glitter gems.

The second one 'Believe' was stamped on to a background done with Moon Glow Glitz Spritzes, paper piecing for her face, a piece of twill ribbon coloured with the ink I used for stamping , and a gem flower from my stash.
