Lucky

An Inchie for the challenge at Small World of Inchies and Twinchies.

Tiny stamp by Clarity Stamps using Versafine 'Onyx Black' on a background of gloss laser paper sprayed with Moon Glow 'Glitz Spritz' in various colours (I'm afraid the sheen doesn't show at all in the photo) mounted on lilac/pink card.

I'm Late, I'm Late

A bit Fishy!

Another ATC, this time for the challenge at TGIF.

Present Time

For the challenge at Sunday Stampers which is 'Time After Time'

I decided to do a play on words with this. The clock face is a large stamp by Magenta and I drew two arms/hands one of which is holding a present. The quote was done using tiny alphabet stamps using Versafine 'Vintage Sepia' which I also used for the clock face.

Annie Gets Her Man

Another piece of silliness - this time for the challenge at Art Creations Friday and all done in PSP!

Dragonfly Wishes

This was actually made for the birthday of a forum friend next month and as I'm pretty sure she doesn't read my blog I think it's safe to post it here.

As a bonus, it fits two challenges as well - at Creative Card Crew and One Stop Craft.

At Creative Card Crew the challenge is to have circles on your card and the greeting is in a circle and there are circles on the dragonflies and on the fancy ribbon; at One Stop Craft the challenge is 'Something New' which can be a technique or anything that hasn't been used yet and for this card I think everything is new! The stamp set ''Floral Delight','Small Dragonfly' and'Best Wishes' by Hobby Art, have never been used before; the inkpads by Palette in 'Giverny Green' and 'Sun Flower' were brand new, I bought the ribbon and the button two days ago and of course the card blank was new too.

Ethel's money saving idea

This is for the challenge at Awfully Big Art Adventure which was a photo challenge.

Done mainly in PSP except for a white pen to replace the birdcage over the child.

Party Girl

The challenge this week at Theme Thursday is 'Famous Faces' and what more famous face is there than Mona Lisa?

I thought I'd put a bit of fun in her life and send her to a fancy dress party - the only problem is that now she's all made up she looks more like Prince Charles in drag! But then, he's a famous face too so that's alright.

Done in PSP using a fairy from The Sum of All Crafts.

B is for ..

The challenge at Rainbow Lady's Challenge Blog and this is my interpretation of it in PSP using an image from Valerie Brincheck at The Sum of All Crafts.

I thought this lovely lady merited two Bs  so here she is 'Bizarre Beauty'.

Jewelled Butterfly

An inchie for the challenge at InchybyInch.

A little butterfly charm coloured with a Sakura metallic pen and with two tiny green gems added on the wings.

My first tag

For the pre-opening 'Tag it on' challenge on Frankie's new blog DragonsDream.

I have used the rest of the acetate I coloured for the previous post, glued onto a chipboard tag; with a Papermania flower, a gem and toning ribbons from my stash, and a little bit of the beaded fringing that I bought at Leicester Market yesterday. I didn't realise I'd be using it quite so soon!

Cycling Friends

For this week's challenge at Rainbow Lady's Challenge blog I have used the alcohol inks on acetate technique as before.

For the cyclists stamp, by Elusive Images, I used Versafine 'Majestic Blue' on cream card. I then glued on the inked acetate and stamped 'friends forever !' on the acetate with Stazon 'Royal Purple'.

And, by the way, my friend Frankie is starting a new challenge blog here so please do go and take a look and take part too!

Pretend

For the challenge at Think Monday - Think ATC which is to use alcohol inks on acetate.

I used various makes of alcohol ink in greens and yellow for this. The base is a yellow card with part of a book page stuck on, a Tim Holtz stamp using Versafine 'Onyx Black ,on the card as I seem to be incapable of stamping on the acetate itself(!), and then the acetate was glued on using a Tombow glue stick and the whole finished with a black peel-off border.

Home is ....

My entry for the challenge at Gothic Arches this week done partly in PSP and partly in the real world! Image from Valerie Brincheck at The Sum of All Crafts and buttons from The Early Learning Centre.

Dream

This was made for two challenges; those at Wednesday Stamper and Saturday Surprise.

The song this represents for Saturday Surprise is 'All I have to do is Dream' by the Everly Brothers which probably shows my age but it's a song I've always loved; the chorus goes 'Dream, dream, dream' and so does my postcard.

The stamps are by Tim Holtz and PaperArtsy stamped in Versafine 'Vintage Sepia' with an Adage Ticket also by Tim Holtz.

The little girl sitting where the postage stamp should be was put there with the help of PSP.

I can dream, can't I?

For the challenge at Art Creations Friday done entirely in PSP.

I thought she looked as if she might be dreaming of something so this is what I imagined for her.

OOH LA LA !!

I've made this topper for the challenge at Charisma Cards.

Background image from Collagevisions and stamp by Grunge Gallery. Embellished with black pearls, a diamond, and flourish from my stash.

Can you believe your eyes?

This virtual ATC is for the challenge at Think Monday Think ATC and exists only in my computer although I could I suppose print it to make a real one!

Done, yet again, in PSP which is becoming a bit of an obsession although I'd never stop making real cards.

Wild Women!

The challenge this week at Saturday Surprise is 'Wild Things' and these little girls could be said to fit the bill, at least they look a little angry!

Created entirely in PSP with image and sentiment (?) from Lisa's Altered Art.
