An Apple a Day

Made originally for a forum challenge - we were given these lovely digi-stamps to work with - the apples in a bowl and the two borders, one large and one small - but it also fits the one at Stampin' for the Weekend.

I created a frame for the apple bowl with the smaller border and used the larger one as an embellishment on the side. The red gingham backing paper was created in PSP and the whole thing was coloured with promarkers and mounted on a dark green card.

You will be able to buy the stamps at Crafty Ann's at some time in the future but why not take a look now? She already has other lovely ones for sale.

  1. When I first saw this card Ali, my immediate reaction was WOW!! You have made a simple bowl of apples look so special - even using all three elements on the sheet on one card and each one complimenting the others beautifully. Your red gingham backing paper is the perfect finishing touch. Thank you for taking up the challenge.
