Study in Green and Black

For two challenges this time - the first at Art Creations Friday which provided the background to work with and the second at Mixed Media Monday.

The challenge at Mixed Media Monday was 'layers' and having resisted the urge to use a play on words and produce a picture of hens I decided to do my layers in PSP. The lady is an image from Freeparking at Flickr and although you can't see it there are five layers in the final picture.

  1. This is just gorgeous Ali - you made me smile with the comment about the temptation to do something with hens on!!!
Thanks for the suggestion about using ink to tint the ribbon - I never thought of that and it's so obvious really. I may give it a go later today. Off to Wath market now.
