Introducing Esmeralda ...

or at least that's what I call her. She's my very first attempt at a Gothic Arch and the challenge here was 'Gypsies'.

I started by printing the backing onto some card and then I cut out the arch shape. I then distressed it with Stazon 'Timber Brown' and Encore Ultimate Metallic 'Gold' before attaching the picture of Esmeralda. She was one of several old images I have on my computer and I have absolutely no idea where she came from. Then I stamped a few flourishes in the same two inks as I used to distress and finished it off with a little coin embellishment to match those in her head-dress which I had highlighted with a Sakura metallic pen.
