Blue fan


Rainbow Lady's challenge this week is to produce something with a fan in it. I have made this 4" x 4" using a Kanban topper and backing paper and some braid from my stash. I have plans to turn it into a card topper at some stage in the not too distant future too. It's not as dull as it looks as all the gold bits look black because of the scan.
